Sori is a typical yet not too touristic Ligurian fishing village, distinguished by its renowned cuisine and the natural beauty of its landscape.

Sori is part of one of the 5 coastal municipalities that make up the Golfo Paradiso, we are in the first part of the Eastern Liguria, the beauty and authenticity of our Gulf are difficult to find elsewhere, we are fortunate not to have been contaminated by mass tourism and for this reason every village has kept its distinctive features without losing its authenticity, in recent years more and more travelers have discovered these places and are struck by the beauty that distinguishes them.

Via the promenade of Sori there are restaurants and pizzerias that offer specialties for every taste: from the fresh local fish, to the typical dishes of our territory including the Trofie al Pesto di Sori, Pansoti with walnut sauce, and the famous Focaccia with cheese of Recco IGP. The hinterland of Sori is full of trattorias and taverns that attract visitors all year round.

The beach offers free access spaces and bathing establishments equipped with every comfort and service including the possibility of renting pedal boats and other small boats.

The cliff of Sori called “Capo Pino” is unique for its extraordinary natural beauty, and is only 400 meters from the house.

Towns

Sori is located halfway between Genoa and Portofino 15 km from both destinations – 12 km from Santa Margherita Ligure – 7 km from Camogli-San Fruttuoso and 5 km from Recco where the nearest motorway exit.

The most convenient way to visit the neighboring towns is definitely by train which is about 5 minutes walk from Villa Solaria.

From March to October there is a boat service that has panoramic tours along the Ligurian coast up to the 5 Terre with departures from Recco or Camogli.
